CABLE LINE SUPPORT

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Insert cable end through hole in bracket and cable clamp.
2. Locate support on line and loop cable terminal end around line and insert terminal through hole in bracket.
3. Install compression washers (per stacking sequence) and hex nut one or two threads.
4. Remove all possible cable slack by pulling cable plain end hrough cable clamp. Use pliers for leverage against base, then tighten cable clamp hex nut 18 to 20 ft. lbs. of torque.
5. Repeat 1 through 4 for second cable.
6. Then tighten cable terminal hex nuts 50 to 60 ft. lbs. of torque. Use 9/16-inch open end wrench on terminal to prevent rotating when tightening. Tighten both cables uniformly to prevent support from rotating on line.
7. Approximately 1 hour after initial tightening, re-torque cable and terminal nuts.
